New Ownership
We are pleased to announce that LKQ Corporation acquired the assets of Western Truck Parts, Inc. on October 17th, 2011. Western Truck Parts began operation in 1977 by Jim Gobel operating out of a 3000 square foot warehouse. Today, the operation is housed on 21 acres with over 60,000 square feet of production, office, and warehouse space.
LKQ Western Truck Parts will continue to specialize in new and used parts; our full R&R repair facility, and our rebuild center for differentials, transmissions, and engines. Driveline Specialists will continue to specialize in off road and heavy duty driveshafts.
Outlaw Customs, our premier custom truck and accessories shop continues to be featured in magazines, books, and videos across the country and around the globe. In addition to our transmission and differential rebuild facility, selling used parts, and trucks, LKQ Western Truck Parts is proud to be an Authorized Allison Transmission factory warranty and repair facility, authorized to diagnose and repair transmissions in late model trucks and RV’s.
