Big Rig Buildoff V
Outlaw Customs just returned from the Mid America Trucking show. We brought the Vigilante Truck we just finished for Training Day Supplements. This truck was designed to have an industrial mad max look, we designed all the parts to go as a series,Visor, Bumpers, Tool boxes, 10" cab & sleeper panels, Fuel Tank straps, deckplate, exhaust tips, sleeper shock covers, airlines. These parts are the "Afterworld Series" designed to give your Peterbilt a more menacing look. We designed the hood scallop with fellow truck fanatic Dave Jones from Jones Performance Truck Rodz. PPG Paint supplied us with a silver and black Delfleet paint for the base coat and we used a flat automotive clear to get the look we were going for. Greg Boarman and Ben Jackson from First Class services flew out to lay the paint. The truck was brought out to the Show to be on display for PPG, we got to the show and not all the contestants came. We were asked to enter the build to be a filler. The truck had an outstanding response and we ended up winning Peoples Choice in the Big Rig Build off V.
